It works. Image isnt crystal clear, but good enough to see what is going on behind your car. Only thing I noticed was that because the device has such a large apeture, when it rains, you can see the raindrops pretty easily. Never had a RV camera before, so I am not sure if this is an issue with all RVC's or just this one (becuase of the size of the lens). However, for ~$30, you cant go wrong. Really dont use this function enough to pay $200+ for one of the name brands.
