   Purchased 2 of the 1 GB green drives to put in my WD Nas share drive to take it up to 4gb. These drives are quiet and the upgrade was hassle free. It took over 12+ hours for the RAID to be rebuilt but that's to be expected for a 4gb raid spread across 4 drives.

   This 1T green drive arrived next day as promised but the box description is 500G Black. Finally opened it and it was the correct drive and had the correct model number - just the box description was wrong. I almost sent it back unopened...

   I got this HD with my custom built PC. 1 terabyte space is more than enough. I previously had a 250 GB hard drive and I only filled up 97 GB of space on it. Very quiet. 1,000 GB hard drives are the wave of the future at an affordable price.

   Ok, at first I thought this drive was going to cause some problems as stated by some users. However, I haven't seen one issue yet after a month of use. The drive runs quiet and smooth. There is plenty of space and for the price, so I can't complain. I'd recommend it to anyone who is trying to save money and help the environment.
