I bought this game and really loved playing it,it has a pretty good create a charecter,nice animation and graphics,and alot of pretty real looking wrestlers,my 4 year old daughter picked up on this game very fast,and with a multi tap and some friends it is alot of fun.The only thing I didnt like about it is the online mode,everyone uses turbo controllers and you cant do any moves to them.Otherwise,a decent game.

If anybody considers this game good, then somthings up with that head of you people, there ain't nothing great about games like this. The earlier 4 WWE games are classics & frankly the best of them all. Heres why this game right here stinks for.
The season mode of course is like a 10-12 year storyline style that has terrible cutscenes along with the entire thing. It also doesn't have 4 player season in it.
While matches like Elimination Chamber are fun to go with, the matches like I Quit, Lumberjack, Casket, etc aren't no longer presented in WWE games.
Gameplay is awful, you can't reverse, can't grapple, & can't strike your foe when he touches you first.
The starting minigames like test of strength, chop battle from turnbuckle is so corny & stupid, you can't even get the job done right when the meter fails you. Thats I had it turned off in the first place.
Your opponents keep taunting you after you're beating down so much & runs in, out of the damn ring so much as if he's trying to avoid you or such which I found to be really dull.
Create a championship here is pointless, only playable for ppv mode & can't defend title after you beaten your opponent & if you want to defend the belt, you can't. The title belt will go back on your opponents waist, now ain't that stupid.
Create a superstar in create mode is real awful & man do I mean awful looking. No matter who you create & try to make them different from another, you can't. No matter who you try to create a person white, black, hispanic, asian, or whatever race color, they'll all look exactly the same. If you try to create them tiny, giant, length, wide, skinny, fat, macho, or whatever, they'll all look exactly the same. If you try to make their faces cute, ugly, happy, sad, mad, angry, frustrated, ticked, surprised, or so, they'll look exactly the same. If you try to add facial hair, give them masks, thier teeth whole or toothless(think Benoit), give them hair or bald, add freckles, scars, or etc, they'll still all look exactly the same. No matter what your superstar will come out as & you create another one that has different stuff but one thing will never change, their faces. The creations are horrible in this upset installment with no leads to it what so ever.
The roster of WWE wrestling stars are only about 35 people. Past WWE games had over 60. Also some are outdated as well.
Movesets in create a moveset are full of bs, you don't get to change much movesets as you use to because a lot of it has been decreased thanks to THQ who destroys'em.
Think about this now before you take a first step at this game that has been messed by THQ themselves before you get ripped off like I did but luckly for me, I kept my receipt to get my money back from Toys "R" Us & ditch this terrible excuse of a game to where it belongs. Remeber this topic I posted so think now before you even touch this cursed game by cursed THQ, you've been warned my friend.
P.S. Best WWE games would be the earlier 4 which is Smackdown, Know Your Role, Just Bring It, & Shut Your Mouth. The other 4 HCTP, this one here, 2006, & 2007 are all lacklust creations from THQ, therefore you're definately warned.
P.S. THQ should retire while they still have a chance before all the other future WWE games get a lot worse or otherwise we're gonna have to deal with the disease that THQ is plaguing right now. Only we the people can put a stop to THQ's demise.

I enjoyed playing the game for about the first month, but when I try to load certain wrestlers or events the games freezes. That stinks!!!

Srcew what this guy below me says, this game is a total suck up. Models are stupid, only like 25 guys in this game, gameplay is lousy, season mode is f***ed up, creating a title & ppv is a crappy letdown, & mainly everything!
You want good WWE games: Here Comes The Pain, Shut Your Mouth, Just Bring It, & Smackdown vs Raw 2006 will always top this game 1,000,000 times! Also wait for Smackdown vs Raw 2007, a must play!

Ok first off you four bunches of ***'s below me shutup and stop your whining and get off the d*mn site if you dont have anything to say about the product except for bashing Vince McMahon.Second Smackdown vs Raw considerably passed and failed!Lets start off w/the good shall we;
Use have legends you can use in Exhihibition Mode;
Bret Hart,Legend Undertaker,Andre The Giant,The Road Warriors,Jimmy Snuka,Masked Kane,The Rock,Rowdy Roddy Piper,Mankind,etc;
In season mode you can get to pair up w/the likes of Sable,Torrie, or Trish Stratus.You can even get an lap dance by Stacy Keibler if you win an batle royal or something on Raw.And guys trust me It doesnt get any better than that.(I was horny all over).
And in the Royal Rumble if you are an big guy like(Batista,Big Show,The Undertaker,Andre The Giant,or Kane)you can pick up an smaller or weaker guy like(RVD,Shawn Michaels,Scotty 2 Hotty,Charlie Haas,Bubba Ray and DVon)and just toss him over the top rope!Thats simple as can be.
Youll love this game if youre an Bret Hart fan though!They did his character great from the Hitman look to the sharpshooter.He's one person on the game that Ive beat my cousin,friend,dad,and girlfriend in(she's an wrestling fan)!
You can bust people open w/steel chairs,sledgehammers,and steel stairs and the blood looks as realistic as can be!
You can create your own p.p.v's and your own title belt.
And you can create your own character and you can wrestle w/he or she and they can be in the Royal Rumble like some of my created people are(the Voodoo Zombie,Santa's Cock,Weenie Boy Midget)and others.
Ok heres the bad;
You can not use the legends in season mode.
The season mode is only one year and then you have to start over and everything.(In Smackdown Shut Your Mouth at least it was 3 and those 3 seasons were long).
Stone Cold is not any one of the legends.(That sucks because I was looking forward to stunner someone and open up an can of whoop *** on whoever and walk it dry)
Shawn Michaels character is soft and weak in the game(In the game Shawn Michaels is weak.He can easily get eliminated by anybody big ex Batista,Undertaker,Kane Andre The Giant,he cant pick up anybody big ex Batista,Undertaker,Kane,Andre The Giant,and he gets tired easily.And plus in real life he can wrestle way better and pick up big guys!THQ what the F is your problem!
And after an while you get bored of the game.If their was no legends like Bret Hart,The Rock,Mankind Legend Undertaker,Rowdy Roddy Piper then this game would be completly useless!
Overall if you want this game get it,but you can live without it.Personally I would rather get Def Jam Fight For NY,Mortal Kombat;Shaolin Monks or Deception,Madden 2006 and 2007 when it comes out,or maybe Smackdown vs Raw 2006 because I heard it was better or 2007 when it comes out but the decision is yours!And for you bashers I am sick of you guys I swear if you dont like something and have something bad or nothing to say about the product then just shut the F Up because me,plenty of reviewers and Amazon too probably are sick of your whining!
