   I bought a brand new HP Windows 7 64Bit computer with no software on it other than what came from the manufacturer. I then tried to load Roxio 2010 Pro. It crashed during install. Roxio emailed me patches, procedures etc. After 2 hours, and several downloads later, software finally loaded, but then Videowave hangs/crashes and the response from Roxio is to send them a trace file and they will analyze.
   
   This software doesn't work on 64bit machines even thought the box says it should.
   Although reasonably responsive from a customer support perspective, the bottom line is that I am just a home user, not an unpaid QA tester.
   
   Note for CEO of Sonic (Roxio): Only launch products that actually work!
   
   Returning for refund. Won't buy Roxio products ever again.

   I went threw a lot of different company's software. Nero, A1Dvd, and about 4 more... This is the first one that I said "This is really nice".
   
   Overall program speed when converting a file to DVD is kinda on the medium to slower side. Some of the others were faster, however, This program does not have Voice to Video Timing issues... even when running other background programs at the same time.
   
   This program has all the file types you need to convert to DVD, it will run AVI and MPG like the rest do, but this also does MP4... not many I tried do that...
   
   Before Purchasing this software I wanted to make sure it converted MP4 (A big thing to me) so I called the Tech support number... 1 prompt and I'm talking to a human (and he knows what hes talking about). Others like nero charge per minute / case fees on tech support.
   
   Program Does everything I could imagine I would want out of a program, its a complete setup... besides AnyDVD running in the background... I am set to burn, copy, and create anything.
   
   My computer is running Windows 7 (Totally compatible) AMD Phenom II x4 2.6mhz (910) - 8 gig ram
   
   This is the best decision I could have ever made... Even when I was iffy cause nero was letting me down alot... the tech support said no worries, this will do everything you need.... if not call him back
   
   only con was the price, but ah, with the Tech support on hand, and the complete collection on disk... I say its really worth it.

   I've had Roxio releases for years now, and this is again, improved! When I bring up Creator 2010, it's in full screen mode, meaning I can't minimize it or see the top bar? whats up? otherwise, this is improved from the last 4 releases, good job!

   I jumped into this version without a lot of expectation. I had mixed feelings after using the earlier version for a couple of years, Roxio Creator 9, and often found it disappointing and unstable. But, I have to say the Roxio Creator 2010 PRO is awesome! This is an excellent upgrade from version 9 and blows the easy-editing world wide open to anyone with even the most basic skills. And, for those of us with advanced skills and editing needs, this software is still complete enough to deliver outstanding results on most professional editing projects. Far more bells & whistles included in this software than I anticipated, giving me plenty of options in every level of use. From standard tasks like CD burning to basic video editing to complex multi-chapter DVD editing & authoring, this version of Roxio makes it simple, fast, and extremely easy to get from point A to point B without a lot of nonsense and geek-speak like you find in SONY Vegas and several other editing software suites. Professional or amateur, you'll love it and find it to be your "go to" editing suite when you're in a hurry and need something done without a lot of fuss. I get tired of editing/authoring software makers that think they have to pack your computer with bazillions of options in order to justify their higher prices, knowing full well that 99.9% of the users will NEVER need most of that junk. Why should you pay for the Library of Congress when all you need is the Reader's Digest? Trust me - - editing is my business and I've spent a fortune on ALL the various editing software over the years, from the bargain-basement crap at $39 to the top-shelf software that goes for over $2,500. But, this one - - Roxio Creator PRO 2010 - - is absolutely the best you'll find on the market at a far lower price. I'm hooked. This is MAJOR BANG for MINOR BUCKS!

   I purchased this new Roxio product for my daughter. Both she & I love it. It has so much functionality that it will take quite a while to check out each feature. The installation was straight forward and we have not encountered any problems at this time. Well done!!
