Wow, I never thought that other people would have reviewed an ethernet cable, but I see I'm not alone. Well, what to say? It's long (50 ft), blue (matches my Blues Clues bachelor pad theme. . . just kidding). It doesn't seem to have affected either the speed or functionality of my internet connection, so I'd give it a thumbs up. It was a heckuva lot cheaper than buying a Wireless Router. Now I just truck my laptop around my apartment with this fifty-foot blue cable dragging from it. It's great! I'll probably trip on it. Take it from the Neophyte: if you're in the market for a fifty-foot blue ethernet cable, this is for you.

I have installed this cable from one room through the attic to another room in order to connect my OPPO Blue Ray player to my home network. It is working perfectly and provided the needed access to update the firmware on the OPPO.
I hope I don't have to do that again any time soon, but was willing to pay the price for the reliability of the hardwired connection to the network; the cable was just barely long enough but it worked.
I have been completely satisfied with the cable to this point.

The connectors at each end are cheap and feel loose. I have to jiggle one end of my connection to get a good connection. You get what you pay for.

This ethernet wire works great! I have a router in my bedroom and needed to connect with a ps3 that is used in the living room and a bedroom next to the living room and it reaches easily(I live in an apartment). For the price, I couldn't ask for anything better. I suggest this for making connections between rooms.

Makes quick work of connection between your router(mine was in my bedroom)and my Wide screen TV(if you have the connection) and /or, your BluRay player for direct streaming of movies offered by many of the DVD rental sites,Blockbuster,Netlix etc. Again my samsung TV and BluRay both offer this connection.
