Borderlands, a game I waited years for, did not disappoint, and continues to fail to. Promised to be an FPS-RPG, it delivered. The new DLC has been released, today, actually, and I plan to pick it up soon. Definitely a title to pick up and own for good.

This game is great. I've play the RPG's and they take forever. If you want to rush through go ahead or if your like me, you want to get bigger and better guns and loot. This is a really great game and i can't wait to get the new DLC and kill some zombie midgets lol. holla

I don't usually care much for FPS type games. I have always preferred RPG's and Adventure type games, though there have been a few exceptions. However, this game has really grown on me, just as another game made by 2K, BioShock,did. I am currently finishing my 2nd playthrough of Borderlands, and looking forward to the DLC release which will be available tomorrow! (Nov 24th, 2009). I have been impatiently awaiting the release of Bioshock 2 (and they keep changing the release date!! Grrrrrrr!!!), but for now, Borderlands, I have to admit, has been a lot of fun! I have been playing the Sniper character, Mordecai, and really love the super-long head-shots! Booom!! What a blast!! Buy this game, you won't be disappointed!! :-)
PS- I am a forty-something year old grandmother who has always loved gaming all the way back to the first PC's and Atari. My 2 sons, who are late 20's, and 2 of my grandchildren all enjoy meeting online together to play this game (and others). We have had hours of fun with Borderlands!

I love this game! I normally do not put in a review but I am sick and tired of all these "DRM" whiners. Just don't buy the game people!
-Love the EXP system
-TONS of weapons
-Running over enemies with friends is always fun!
-Co-Op is just the best.
