Put simply this power adapter/usb cable is great. If my Kindle needs charging I have two options, either plugging it into my PC or plugging it into an outlet and I only ever need to have the one cord. This makes it great when traveling.
There is only one thing that I can give criticism to which is, for some of us absent minded people, it's easy to misplace the outlet adapter when needing to use the USB cable. Just like my keys I will set it down close by and 10 minutes later not be able to find it.
I would suggest adding an optional tether that makes the outlet adapter disconnect from the USB tip but hang from the cord. If you are familiar with power tools this is a feature that's used on drills, having the chuck attached to the power cord so it's never lost.
Other than that one little thing this is perfect and if you are one that travels a lot or spends a lot of time at work then I would simply suggest buying an extra to keep at the office or in your briefcase/travel case.

This is a great USB power charger. Very small and very nice shape.
I have had no issues with this device and odd shapes of outlets.

Did you ever leave something in a hotel room? I plugged my Kimdle power cord in on the desk lamp. Only several days later when I planned to recharge again..the power adapter was missing from the cord. I must have carelessly yanked the cord loose in my haste to get packed. On my arrival home I ordered a replacement unit and was so happy to be connected again in 2 days. Thanks Amazon!

Only negative is when traveling you must be certain to get wall plug adapter and not just the usb cord. Otherwise, great. Wish the adapter alone could be sold without having to completely replace the cord and all.
