Disclaimer: I bought this card at a Fry's store, not on Amazon.
Like others I had my card fail about two weeks after purchase. Shot maybe 300 photos with it and downloaded the card only once when I pulled off 200 of the photos and then loaded it in the camera to shoot an event. The card failed about 100 photos in. My camera wouldn't read it nor would a USB card reader. All my photos were gone and nothing I could do about it.
I've never had an SD card fail on me and I've owned about 25 of them. From reading the other reviews of this product, it obvious that there's a manufacturing or design error in the card. I wish I know who the manufacturer is in case that bad silicon ends up in card with another name.
I've learned my lesson though. Never buying a brand that I don't know again. I'll never buy another card where reliability is so important without checking on it's reputation here on Amazon or elsewhere on the web. Remember, a single photo can be priceless. Saving ten bucks on a card my cost you much more that you ever thought.

I wanted a card that I would be able to do video with my new Lumix ZS3. This card is perfect. I can store more pictures than I will take and plenty of Video.

Failed after a week. Could not be recognized by two cameras or a computer with card reader. This product is every bit as bad as everyone else is saying. Those still selling this card ([...]) should be ashamed of themselves.

This card is a POS! Part number is G16GNMB980375
Failed after one use on vacation taking all 600+ pictures with it. Card cannot be read, readers will not even recognize a card inserted.
